अनिवार्य योग्यता (Essential Qualifications):
(i) Graduate in Law from a recognized University and enrolled as an advocate under The Advocates Act, 1961 till last date of submission of application form. (आवेदन प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विधि स्नातक उतीर्ण एवं अधिवक्ता अधिनियम 1961 के तहत निबंधित होना अनिवार्य होगा ।)
Candidate should possess sound health, bears good moral character and is not involved in, or related to any criminal case involving moral turpitude. (अभ्यर्थी उत्तम स्वास्थ्य उत्तम आचरण धारण करते हो और नैतिक नीचता से संबंधित आपराधिक मामले में न तो संलिप्त हो अथवा संबंध रखते हो।)

,(i)General English
(ii) General Knowledge (including Current Affairs)
(iii) The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
(iv) The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (v) The Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
(vi) The Law of Contract, 1872.
(vii) The Indian Penal Code. 1860
5. The Preliminary Entrance Test shall be of 100 marks in aggregate. The marks obtained in preliminary examination shall not be counted for the purpose of final selection. There shall be no negative marking
